Because he doesn’t respect the unions decision. It’s not like the incomong government is going to help maintain production in the the US so this block simply puts the nail in the layoff coffin, which is why the Union was pro sale. Goodbye American jobs.

The leaders like it, the rank and file wanted the sale. You’re pulling an article written by one member, not the whole union. Cherry picking at its best. Must be nice when its not your job on the line scab.

The Union leaders are ignoring the members, again. Biden is anti union. Again.

LOL It’s an official press release from the union.

You may not like it but the union, officially, does as a group. If you’re a union member and have a problem with that, take it up with them. If you’re not a member, then your opinion means just as much as mine as a random citizen, absolutely nothing.

Every time any union shit comes up there’s always people on both sides in the union. There’s also a ton of union workers that want everything the union has negotiated but don’t want to pay the dues for the union to operate. They’re opinion means less than others far as I’m concerned, but articles aren’t going to mention that of course, especially if it goes against the narrative they want to promote.

I’m not sure what your point is. Union leaders are elected by union members to represent them as… a union. Of course press releases are written by the leaders. They’re the leaders. That’s part of the job. The fact that not everyone in the union agrees with the path the leaders have decided to take is neither surprising nor an invalidation of their leadership.

Well then I guess you should be happy that the very much pro-union Donald Trump will be taking over from that mean and nasty Biden and will most likely reverse this and allow a foreign company to essentially control one of the U.S.'s larger export commodities.

You’re commenting on the actions of a sitting president, you mentioned the incoming government, but it’s their fault for mentioning Trump?

Because when i talked about the incoming admin it was related to US steel, he did to passively call me a trump lover and detract from the point of the conversation. Its misdirection instead of actually engaging the issue. Furthermore, if hes right and trump does sell off US steel, you think its going to a country like Japan? If he does let foreign investors buy US steel you’ll be wishing this sale went through. Same reason I slang shit right back at him after he decided to act like a prick. But the most likely scenario is massive layoffs, big win for labor right?

We support unions unless they do something we personally don’t want in which case they aren’t the real unions.
Actually, only I am the real union and only I can speak for all the plebs here.
