Secretary of State Marco Rubio admitted that the U.S. was forced into the war with Iran by Israel while speaking with reporters on Monday. He explained that the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had effectively boxed in the Trump administration, taking the decision out of American hands.
“We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action,” Rubio explained. “We knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces, and we knew that if we didn’t pre-emptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties.”
Rubio’s disclosure highlights the Trump administration’s unwillingness to rein in the actions of Israel, even when that country’s policies resulted in U.S. attacks that only a tiny minority of the American public supports.

Ukraine does not have pictures of US government fucking children
Yes that is the problem, Trump is 100% transactional, he stands for nothing but what benefits him. He has absolutely zero morals.
Epstein said that trump is the worst person he has ever known. Let that sink in.
The war in Ukraine was happening while Biden was in office too.
Under Biden there was at least help, but Biden was an idiot that restricted the ability for Ukraine to defend themselves, by not supplying long range weapons, and not attacking targets in Russia was a requirement for the help. Biden was a scared coward, that failed to do what we know is the only thing that works against Russia, and that is a show of strength. It’s the ONLY thing that ever worked against Russia.
And the US was supporting Ukraine at that time. That support got cut off as soon as trump entered office. What’s your point?
There’s definitely a different in quantity, but you’re exaggerating. Biden was famously slow-walking aid and sanctions and Trump didn’t completely (or even mostly) cut off aid.
Trump’s first impeachment happened because he was holding up Congressionally-mandated aid to Ukraine, trying to blackmail them into opening a false investigation into Biden to aid Trump’s reelection campaign. He only allowed the aid to go through after he became aware his actions were under investigation.
To be honest I didn’t know that (WTF Trump), but the conversation is clearly about events after the full-scale invasion. The person I replied to implied Trump completely cut off aid to Ukraine after his reelection.
Yes, it was. What is your point?
