I am currently in contempt of our nations judicial system in its entirety. I respect no law that they have decreed. I obey no orders given to me by its servants. They are wholy and completely without moral authority or even good sense. There is nothing of value or to respect within the farcical pageant of the court system.

“You are ordered to appear in court to answer for your heinous crime of giving food to someone who was starving.”

These people are making such a mockery of even the concept of law and order that it will be several generations before the trust that they have PISSED away will return and it will not be given over to these institutions, but new ones built to replace these decrepit cesspits.

McIver’s case is expected to go to trial this year. By December, she had already racked up close to a million dollars in legal fees. Owing to House rules, the expenses have come out of her campaign funds, meaning that, in the months before her 2026 reëlection campaign, the money she’s raising will go almost exclusively toward her defense.

Every step is calculated by someone who knows how to fuck it up just right to not have enough legal ground to stand on, but drain resources and faith anyway

What happened during the next two hours is the subject of a pending criminal case. A group of ICE agents came out through the front gate and began arresting Baraka for trespassing. McIver and Watson Coleman tried to stand between Baraka and the agents. “You’re touching a federal official,” McIver warned them. “Don’t touch us.” The agents ignored her and pressed in. There was shoving and jostling. The government later claimed that McIver, in trying to shield Baraka, “grabbed” and “slammed” one of the agents.

    Is America great again yet?

Get a load of this fascist clown: “A third man, in a checkered blazer and a fedora, introduced himself as the warden”

The government ordered investigation and charges into judges who rule against them.

They can only get away with this because people don’t understand what’s important about the rule of law and about checks and balances.

They get away with it because the legal system is stacked in favor of the wealthy and connected. Most people can’t raise a million dollars in legal defense, so they just plea out immediately or suffer through a public defense attorney whose advice is inevitably “plea out, I can’t take this case to trial with my current workload”.

Liberal party leadership was very happy with this kind of justice when they were in charge, because they knew they were exempt. Only now that a fascist is running the system do they realize how even their faces aren’t exempt from the leopard.
