I read a while back that billionaires were prioritizing buying land. They weren’t necessarily doing anything with the land they were buying, but allowing farmers to produce crops on that land. Bill Gates was leading the charge by purchasing 270k acres of farmland.

This seems like a great time for billionaires to acquire more land with farmers getting close to being desperate to survive.

Death penalty for a murder of a single persons seems harsh. I’m anti death penalty 100% of the time, though.

My understanding is Samsung, at least as an appliance company, had tanked on quality over the last decade or so. I had all Samsung appliances until every one started failing slowly.
