When someone gets shot in the head from close range, an ambulance isn’t going to help much. Also, this wasn’t an active shooter that requires bystanders to run. We’re supposed to be able to trust law enforcement to not shoot unarmed civilians. I’m not judging what these people said because they were in shock after witnessing a murder.
