Anyone here subscribe to 1ficher who could share their experience with them? I’ve been considering subscribing to them for a while now. I’ve seen countless files that have remained available on 1fichier where other hosts had removed them. I feel like they could be my go to file host to download from when available if they’re worth giving money to.

They were also a thought. How exactly does RD work? Do they simply provide access to premium downloads through a given file host or do they store the files?
The former. You input a regular download link from a hoster supported by them and get a premium link back.
Or you use JDownloader 2 and have it do it automatically.
That’s what I thought but just wanted to be sure. I’ve not used anything like it before so I wasn’t sure if it were similar to a seedbox. Have they actually sent the information of users to IP holders? I’ve read from other posts that they’ve been taking a more aggressive stance on piracy.
My understanding is they cache the files and lets you download from their servers for faster speeds.
They recently lost a bunch of lawsuits. I don’t expect them to be around much longer.
Maybe, but as an opportunist, I’d certainly take advantage while I can. Having access to reliable downloads alone would be enough for me to throw money at them. I do have to wonder how they’ve been able to operate for so long without getting the axe or at the very least losing their domain. Though honestly I’d think if they were to be sued out of existence it’d have happened long ago.
maybe they do comply with the law and removing copyright infringement on their servers. For 1fichier, or any filehosters supported if you try to download audio video visual using real-debrid, you won’t be able to download them unless archived (zip) because of the lawsuits
