Well, as a Jew, I haven’t seen anything else from Elon that’s emblematic of being a Nazi. Sure, he has some right wing beliefs, but those were pretty centrist ideals prior to the past decade. And I have encountered real neo-Nazis who have wished death upon my [k expletive] ass and attempted doxing. I think Elon is just an awkward person in general, but I’m not buying into the stats quo hype that he’s some neo-fascist, Hitler sympathizer. That’s just my opinion. You’re welcome to believe what you want too 👍

Yea agreed, but not Lemmy or Mastodon. Or, really anything with ActivityPub as these places are an echo chamber filled with trigger happy jannies who will ban you from a community if you have a differing of opinion to their groupthink.

If it were a nothing burger, why is China being apprehensive about releasing any data on its true origin? There was a literal lab working on coronaviruses in the specific location of patient zero. That doesn’t at all seem suspect in anyway? This isn’t even about dumb MAGAts, this is just asking basic questions that you weren’t allowed to ask and were silenced in doing so. Some narrative it came from someone eating an exotic animal from a wet market doesn’t add up. If it were that simple, just a zoonotic transmission, you’d think China would give confirmation of that.

I mean, one was always for-profit and didn’t try to hide it. WPE is within the rights to do that. Meanwhile, Matt preaches open-source while acting like a manchild and showing just how controlled it all is by him alone. The only real brand being tarnished is WordPress. I’ve seen more people say their next site will be with a different CMS. Sad.

Surprisingly, I’ve had the opposite effect. Wherein, it has increased my productivity by tenfold and has helped with code review and/or confirming various logic, etc. Although, I wouldn’t necessarily take what it tells me as gospel from a recommendation standpoint in terms of my career as a whole. I’ve definitely caught it numerous times being wrong, but the inaccuracies pale in comparison to what it gets right, imo.

Find one that accepts crypto and then you’re good
