In recent days, recalls have been posted for Al Mokhtar Food Centre brand of pistachios, Habibi brand of pistachio kernels in addition to the Dubai brand of chocolate bar containing pistachio and khafeh.
Went from viral to bacterial.
Has anyone tried one of those pistachio chocolate bars? I don’t think I’ve seen them around where I am, but they look interesting.
Only ever tried one of the big brand ones who have jumped on the hype. Ended up being overpriced and just tasted like nutty chocolate idk
Like nutty flavour-wise or nutty texture?
The flavour to me in those cases ended up being just generic nutty flavour. Some had larger pieces of pistachio in, others were more of a creme/ganache texture but in all cases they tried to copy the kadayif so there was an extra cronch
