Seems its paid now. Not sure if it became paid soon after I posted, since they didn’t post an exact date when it was going to change to paid.

Yikes, that “game” does not look anywhere near finished. One of the demo videos even had T-posing models as the main subjects of the video.
In its current state, I’m not sure it’s even worth the price of Free.
Thanks for the observation, hopefully others will take this into consideration as well.
I know the Touhou guy is pretty liberal with fan projects. But does that extend to paid ones?
