I’ve been wondering and did some research for the lazy - seems like capture innevitable though.
I searched around in almost every contemporary (2010+) assassin has been caught or identified in the developed world. I could only find a few cases in Europe and Ukraine where high profile assassinations hadn’t been resolved but only because the assassins are ruzi agents.
Seems like modern police tools can really find anyone given enough resources and motivation.
Or a scapegoat.
Yeah, I can see them nabbing a random trans woman to fit their narrative. Then use to justify that removal of 2A, classification of trans people as “domestic terrorists,” justify stochastic terrorism against trans people…
But Charlie told me trans people were unhinged and responsible for mass shootings, not highly precise targeted assassinations. Just go ask Char… oh, right.

Yeah but they’ve recently cleaned house and fired every single person they believed was somehow involved in January 6th. Even those that just handled paperwork.
It’s pretty concerning they’ve already botched this so badly.
