I did, they really annoyed me this year. Mozilla that is. Proton never emailed me somehow, despite being a paying user for the VPN (which is alright, but not great).

That’s pretty much how addy.io works, I think their technology is also open source? At least free for selfhosted use, I never looked into the license itself.
Just had a look at your service and it sounds quite compelling. I’m just wondering how the “not a bot” sender confirmation works - would they essentially get an autoreply where they have to solve a captcha, click on a specific link or whatnot?
I’m curios how that works with senders that aren’t individuals but e.g. services I’m signing up for.
It’s rare in Germany since we have a quite large population and heavy industry compared to the renewables production. We had days with 100% renewable coverage in the past, but negative energy prices are still a rarity.
I thought it was just onlyfans spambots doing this crap, hoping you’d stalk a profile.
What’s the actual point?
I’m consistently below 30 GB, unless you include local traffic from my fileserver to endpoints (98% movies that I stream locally via. VLC over smb). And even then I usually don’t exceed 1 TB.
Had to do a double take that I’m not in The Onion community.
It was a flight on the way to Russia with plenty of Russians on board. I doubt they take pleasure in shooting down their countrymen, if anything.
It also automatically reinstalls itself through a BIOS feature. That’s advanced level malware.
People are barely literate these days, I’m not surprised.
Scholz didn’t resign, he called for and lost a vote of no confidence, so the parliament will be dissolved by the German prime minister and new elections are due in late February, where Scholz can (and likely will) throw his hat in the ring again.
A resignation is something different.
Using some creepy robot with a proprietary algorithm to provide “emotional support” to children sounds like a good thing to go out of business.
Oh I totally agree with you, I was just making fun of the downvotes coming from hypocrites who don’t want to abandon their favorite megacorp but instead cry a river about ads.
Now I hate ads like the next guy, but either I find a way to block them, or I move on.
Psssst don’t anger the anti-corpo-crew.
I tried it, and it looks decent, but there wasn’t a single person I know around.
Anything good you can recommend? Haven’t seen much good since Witcher 3… And before that, maybe Gothic 2 or Oblivion.
Yeah we still had an old 8086 with tape drive and all from my dad’s university times around, but I never acutely used that one.
My 286er had 2MB RAM and no hard drive, just two 5.25" floppy drives. One to boot the OS from, the other for storage and software.
I upgrade it to 4 MB RAM and bought a 20 MB hard drive, moved EVERY piece of software I had onto it, and it was like 20% full. I sincerely thought that should last forever.
Today I casually send my wife a 10 sec video from the supermarket to choose which yoghurt she wants and that takes up about 25 MB.
I thought you have to be able to read the full summons to be legally considered as received. Not too familiar with US law though.
Where I’m from there’s a way of a public delivery if someone absconded, by posting it on the black board of the local city hall of someone’s current registered address for 4 weeks or something.
If they failed to change the registered address they’d also be committing a federal crime, so if they were to contest the lawful delivery, they’d admit another offense, landing them in jail where they could then be successfully served. So that would at best reset the timer at the expense of a felony.
Clickbait trash. He’s been avoiding getting served for a few weeks, and soon the court will allow to serve his mom instead, and nothing has been achieved. Hooray.
Was just about to post that as well, yep. The irony.
