A lot (if not most) of vr games can be played seated though.
Sure you might technically still be moving around but it’s easy enough on you that most people - even grandma, could play.
So I don’t see that as a barrier to mainstream.

Unfortunately that seems to be the M.O. of todays unions.
Any disposable I’ve bought that doesnt have a recharge port the battery was dead with at least 20% ejuice remaining.
It works pretty damn well in vr with the mod.

Exactly, they just use prettier words. Their boot is still pushing our necks down.
I saw this game a while back and was impressed. But I wanted it in VR.
And now it’s finally getting it! Im so damn excited.
The company said “we didn’t threaten to fire anyone” but I guarantee its heavily implied.

In the past couple years, I’ve gone from buying exclusively from steam to prioritizing buying/rebuying single player games from GOG.
Multiplayer games are still mostly through steam for convenience - same with VR games/games with VR mods.
I just wish GOG Galaxy was better. Development seems kinda stagnant.
I constantly have issues with the plugins to access other storefront libraries among other things.
