Mother Teresa prevented hundreds if not thousands from getting proper medical treatment so they could stay in her “care”. That and advocating for and defending rapists, I’m sure she at least killed a handful of people at least indirectly.

1st. There are no official ratings, only self-imposed industry standards.
2nd. A USK or PEGI label is not even needed. The developers or publishers only need to click a handful of checkboxes to self evaluate their game.
