Although it was only two legislative sessions ago that Colorado passed a renter’s rights law and it’s pretty stout. Now they MUST renew your lease -OR- give 90 days notice for a no-fault eviction only if the property is going to be: demolished, renovated, owner occupied, sold, tenant refusing new lease, or the tenant had three or more late payments. I mean, that’s pretty good for renter’s rights IMO.

Uhhh… I won’t comment on the other stuff but I can confidently say the electrician that comes to your house is not the electrician who is wiring these data centers. Completely different crews.
