Growing cities have growing populations. This isn’t news. This is just how things work.
A city with a million people and 1% homeless has a larger homeless population than a city with 200k people and 2% homelessness.
People have been falling in love with scammers for as long as there have been people.

But, I do have 2 children born in Canada in the past 10 years, and both had a baby-box that we were provided with, which contained tonnes of baby supplies, and a mattress which they slept on for much of the first few months (until they could reach the edges and hit it in their sleep)
So whatever this article is supposed to say, we’re either already doing it, or we recently stopped doint it.

I don’t think crashing a car into an FBI building is putting any fear into the average citizen. And I belive Governments are SUPPOSED to be afraid of their population.
