After getting a Steam Deck my Switch is just collecting dust and that even though I would still like to play on it since it’s a lot lighter and more portable. Unfortunately it’s just a horrible deal to buy games locked to one platform at a higher price than their PC counterpart without getting any of the benefits (modding, free cloud saves across devices).
I’m only willing to buy the switch version if I really want to support the developers e.g. Celeste or Stardew Valley.
Depends on your definition of world.
SwayFX has this with the blur_xray
option, though it’s a tiling wm.
Well they’re in the EBU*, so that’s only one letter off… maybe soon?
^(*an associate of the EBU, couldn’t let my technically incorrect joke stand)
Cause there won’t be elections?
This seems more like a leechbox than a seedbox, only up to 10 active seeding torrents on the highest plan? That limitation negates the “Unlimited Seeding” perk and so does the seeding time limit.
He definitely says “completely out of touch” (in an italian accent) and I think the fact that he’s saying that to a camera means he’s targeting the CEO-favored news coverage. I’m surprised not more people are picking up on that possibility.
Better add more green leaf symbols and sustainability pledges to their products to even it out.
Moonlight also still builds for it, you can get it from their GitHub, extract it to a fat32 usb drive and boot the Steam Link with it connected.
As a complete usenet newbie (I usually torrent all my linux iso) is there any caveat to getting that bulknews 6 TB block deal to last me for an eternity as a backup? It seems too good to be true.
I can recommend BTRFS for testing distros on bare metal. You can install them onto subvolumes without needing to change the physical partition layout, then once happy with one delete all the other subvolumes to reclaim your space. Only downside is not all distros’ installers support them natively so it needs some manual work occasionally.
Haven’t used it in a while but from what I remember it always puts you in idle if you do something else and only back to online if you do something in Discord itself, as expected from the Wayland limitation.
It could be implemented with the ext-idle-notify-v1 protocol.
I remember someone asking on another post whether we’ll get an article for every single line of the HL2 documentary.
Yes, yes we will.
^((and since I haven’t watched it I don’t mind that much))
I always had to fill out multiple pages of forms to get those free 1 year “trial” certs from startssl.
Played Half Life 2 for the first time in my life at 25, 10/10 perfect game.
For a lot of marginalized people Twitter was a place to escape to and find like-minded people, I can see how it’s hard to make a new place feel as homely. Most of us here left another site because we didn’t agree with the leadership so it’s a very biased group, “just do the same thing we did”. Not everyone is in as privileged of a position though and it might be way harder for them to leave than you can imagine, especially if they’re addicted to it.
I’ve looked through the repo and it seems to be used to check for the current OpenRazer version and to get a list of supported devices and download images of them from Razer servers.
Yes, through a config file change.
I own some older EA games on Steam that still launch through Origin to this date (and fail most of the time). They’re gonna update those to remove the launcher, right? …right?
