These transphobic governments consider simply existing as trans to be pornographic, so they are trying to block access to educational information on us, while also compiling a list of anyone who does. It’s the exact same shit America is trying to do with KOSA

I don’t think making art in the style of a copyrighted piece of work is wrong. Like writing a fanfic in an existing world (Harry Potter, LOTR, Blade Runner, etc.) isn’t copyright infringement, it’s covered by fair use. I think Alcon are suing the wrong person. A better case for copyright infringement is the AI company who trained their AI using copyrighted material that they almost certainly did not have permission to use.
I think what they’re trying to say is that if asking AI to make something in the style of Blade Runner is copyright infringement, that opens the door to asking an artist to make something in the style of Blade Runner being copyright infringement. I don’t know how I personally feel about that, but it’s at least how I interpreted the comment.

You can’t yell fire in a theater, you can’t plot someone’s death on the internet. And corporations don’t have to follow freedom of speech. They only refuse to step in because they either agree with what’s being said or don’t want to lose money.

There’s not even a mechanical emergency brake, that needs to be done electrically too.

What happens when this 7,000 pound brick loses power? There’s now a battering ram flying down the road with absolutely no control.
Idk how many truth there is to this, but I saw someone else mention that they are off-duty and hired by Tesla to just stand there in uniform
