Thanks, I’ll have to consider this setup.
So you have NAS to switch, switch to PC? And then that switch goes to the router/modem?
I think that these just aren’t for me. I’ve considered upgrading my gear to 2.5Gb from 1Gb, but it just doesn’t feel worth it to me. Maybe in ten years when everything’s cheaper and more accessible.
I have a NAS and servers as well. Do you have a router separate from your modem that these pass through?
But, but, but… I thought the foreign governments paid the tariffs? /s just in case
To make use of a 10Gb network, wouldn’t I also need all of my equipment in between things to support 10Gb? Where am I supposed to get a 10Gb modem for residential use?
I’m definitely annoyed at the optics of it if nothing else, but for now I am cautiously optimistic that they know what they are doing and that this is a carefully calculated discussion.
I would not describe the combat as having anything in common with Dark Souls.
I wouldn’t advise using those services, myself. Lots of sketchy stuff. Legit copies of digital games go on sale often enough.
But muh states’ rights!
There’s no need to be hyperbolic. I’m happy with my decision to de-Windows as much as I can (which still isn’t 100%, btw) but this assertion is just ridiculous.
Nginx Proxy Manager was easy to learn as a beginner. I’d recommend it as a learning tool, if nothing else, and if you want to switch to other solutions later you can.
I use cron schedules to run scripts that backup my important stuff to s dedicated backup drive, then copies the backups to a different external drive, then upload the backups to a dedicated backup cloud storage account. Then it deletes any backups older than a month.
I’m sorry to say that the USA is far, far, far past the point of giving an inch.
Fun idea. Seems like a lot of people are asking questions that have nothing to do with making a binary choice. I got a fair few “have you ever…?” questions that were about my personal life.
For the record, goldfish have perfectly normal memories. They can even remember tricks.
They want this person to be sexually attracted to their computer.
The true Windows experience.
Van Gogh was never really financially successful during his lifetime. It shouldn’t really be up to us to decide if it’s good or bad for all time. I agree that art should be preserved. But, I’m also a data hoarder lol
