He used the campaign as an excuse many times in court filings and the courts gave him way more leeway to “avoid” appearance of “bias” once it became apparent he was the lead in primaries and after his nomination. And now that we know a state can’t even block a candidate for committing insurrection during his last administration, there’s no excuse not to run him since you could just argue age bias is wrong and there’s no actual mechanism to stop under 35’s from running anyway.

Great, I can smell the undeserved court injunction getting ready to spew forth from the Supreme Court. The type no regular US citizen would ever get for actual violations of the 1st amendment.

Might be worthwhile to take the course for the ability to go into class and just call out ‘No it’s not, dumbass’ etc every day. I’ve taught undergrad, you can harass, annoy, and physically threaten a professor and you still won’t be kicked out of a course in a public university. You might even get extra privileges like make up exams for grades you disagree with.
