Feel like I’m the only one surprised by this. I play games quite often, but I’ve never watched the Game Awards. I’m barely even aware that it exists. Never heard anyone in real life mention it.

Pass. I can hold out for a better sale.

Thought it was a good opportunity to switch to a custom protagonist. Oh well.

Can’t wait to buy the finished game in 2 years for like $15 lol.

I like the game overall, but the criticisms are definitely legitimate. The dialogue is so overwhelmingly cringy sometimes and that’s coming from someone who just beat the new Life is Strange. For some people, including me, that’s not a dealbreaker and the rest of the game is pretty solid. For others, this is understandably too distracting to make it worth playing.
