I think putting a US nuclear weapon into another country’s hands has the potential to make US defense much weaker. What if the weapon (and more importantly all of the training materials and intelligence regarding the system) fell into Russian hands?
I would not oppose Ukraine having its own nuclear program, but what you are proposing is a non-starter for more reasons than I can count.
How do you think nukes work that one can just be provided to them? And how do you feel they will implement MAD with only a single nuke?

Honestly this is what I ask myself about conservatives a lot: how can they be so mad at so many things all the time?
AI as it currently stands is basically pseudo-random noise being run through a very large and complex network and you get something out the other side that is very close to human generated text but instead of a mind behind it, it’s those random numbers.
So … AI is essentially like a human psychic.
Whenever you read about AI doing something like this, replace it with “psychic” and think about how it makes the feel of the story change.
They can hope while we welcome their best and brightest who don’t want the government all over their bodies and lives.

But modern Linux is easier to use than modern windows, so that last point doesn’t really work.
Modern Linux runs just about any windows app, including most games. It also supports web browsers which can access Teams, etc.
It seems like maybe the reason is more inertial than based on factors a well run business should consider.
