Hello!
I’m a nonbinary Canadian Blender artist! You can find my work here: Galleries, commissions, prints, and more!

I’m stealing that.
I hope you’re right. That is good news if true.
Please don’t forget that even when this company made “better” games and was more profitable, their management and executives were wilful participants in rampant sexual abuse of their workers. Ubisoft is, always has been, and always will be a pile of festering shit and bankruptcy would be too good for them.
Will do. I have also emailed my provincial premier, which I also suggest everyone also do. Contact your premiers, your MLA and your MP.
Fascism cannot be allowed to take root in Canada.
The site is literally bought, paid for, and owned by a nazi.
Next question.
No. Get the hell off my computer and stay off.
Not only is my personal information on my computer, but so is client information and projects that I signed a NDA that only my eyes shall ever see them.
This is really going to start to snowball come March when Carney is picked as Liberal leader. He comes from a background of money management (governor of the Bank of Canada & England) and is well liked by both liberals and moderate conservatives.
I suspect that the liberals are going to pull up to a tie with the cons by the fall election, but we shall see.
Way ahead of you. I already use an alternative paid email service, don’t use Android, and don’t use Google search.
A haunting reminder that rainbow capitalism is 100% about profit and convenience.
Corporations were never your friend. They were never going to defend you.
I was driving out of a parking lot yesterday just as a Cybertruck started to pull in off the street from the left. The driver was white-knuckling the wheel and was frantically looking around as I assume he could barely see out of the goddamn thing as he swung so wide he nearly clipped my car. He needed almost the entire driveway to make his turn.
I cannot imagine dropping so much money on something so useless and so hideous.
And just like the Albertans, Ontarians are allergic to making sound voting decisions and will vote him right back in again.
Earth’s Own is great. I love their oat milk.
As for Burnaby - I’m not sure exactly. Probably cheaper and more available land for commercial businesses. Vancouver is notoriously expensive and cramped.
It’s very good and an extremely faithful remaster. The only thing I don’t like is that most of the new voice actors are not as good, but there is a mod you can download (within the game’s own mod manager) to restore the original voices. Also the menu system is kinda janky, but it works.
Holy shit that is an absurd amount of money. Even a fraction of that amount could overhaul and upgrade their education, healthcare, housing, etc
Literally pissing your taxpayers money down the drain.
Most of my groceries are either already made in Canada or imported from Mexico. I didn’t have to change much.
It’s not a cheap way to shop, I will admit, but it can be done. Canada makes a lot of food, especially here in BC where I live. Beef, pork, sausages, honey, dairy, milk-alternatives, breads, and so much more.
For non-grocery items there are numerous retailers that are Canadian. London Drugs is a great one here in western Canada. Online shopping is a bit harder because Amazon is so hard to replicate, but honestly at that point I just buy from Aliexpress. If I’m going to order cheap crap online I’ll just get it from the source instead of sending money to the US.
A fascist moving to take control over every branch of the US government is not a good thing.
Especially not something as powerful and far-reaching like the CIA.
The only silver lining I can see here is that Trump would fill the CIA with incompetence and it would kneecap their effectiveness.
This is very good, but I hope devs can’t just get around it by releasing a 5kb empty update to reset the counter.
EA execs: “Dragon Age: The Veilguard would have sold better if it was even worse.”
They can do whatever they want with Mass Effect, far as I’m concerned. I’m not supporting EA nor do I trust them to not butcher their own products. They are self-destructing just like Ubisoft is because they cannot make a good decision to save their life.
Don’t worry; we’re working on that.
