Are there pages for all recipients or only for ones of notable record?

Asking because it would be doubly fucked if there were a full record of all of them and only the non-white ones were being scrubbed (even though it’s effectively what’s happening already)

Racing gets me if I can fully customize my vehicle and the changes actually have meaning.

Is this the same dance as shuffling or is that somehow minutely different?
