The US election was 8 months ago. The operation was probably still in the planning stages. After that day, Ukraine would have known not to share any sensitive info with the US unless absolutely necessary, knowing that a Putin fanboy would soon have his hands on it. Had Biden still been in office today, he may have gotten a heads up before the actual execution, but then again, why would he need it. It is not like that information would have been actionable to anyone except the target.

It is true that improvements to the social safety net and general services like education and transportation will not benefit every child of divorced parents equally, but the proportion households that would benefit from safety net and general service improvements if their income was split in two is significant. And those benefits would be most dramatic and most concentrated where most needed.

Windows 11 ended support for vertical taskbars and the default setting is along the bottom with the tasks centered. You can change the “taskbar alignment” setting to “left” but that just aligns the tasks to the left side of the bar. There apparently was a registry hack that allowed you to move the taskbar, but that got patched out by the time my work updated my workstation
