What’s the benefit of a seedbox over a VPN?
I’ve had a server up for almost 9 years never had any randoms even join. Don’t think I’ve ever used the default port tho
Yeah my neighbors suck
If they go to the office twice a week with an hour and a half commute each way that’s six hours a week driving. So 52 weeks a year that’s 312 hours or 13 days. Still not great but my commute is about 30min one way. I work five days a week so five hours a week, which would still be about 10 2/3 days a year. They also said they only have to commute once OR twice a week so they still probably drive less then the 13 days a year.
I’m just saying, sounds like a good deal
Called out
I use unraid with 5950x and it wouldn’t stop crashing until I disabled c states
So that plus 18 hdds and 2 ssds it sits at 200watts 24/7
Sick so I can just not get a touchscreen car I waited it out
One of the only games that runs on almost every platform with cross play and in-game voicechat.
I play it with my coworkers sometimes because it’s the only game where we can play with phone, pc, xbox one, ps4, ps5, and switch in a single party without any issues
Linux still doesn’t play nice with nvidia right? Last time I tried to daily drive it I had many issues with my dual monitor setup, where each monitor is a different resolution refresh rate and has gsync.
Has Wayland caught up to WDDM? Microsoft has been steadily improving multi monitor rendering, and this is the only reason I haven’t switch yet
No way I’m switching to Linux yet, multi monitors support with mixed resolutions and vrr on nvidia still kinda sucks. As soon as someone makes that work I’ll try it out on a separate partition. Buy last time I tried my other monitors had all kinds of issues when I had games open with gysnc
