No shit, Joe! Your insistence on holding into power when it was clear that’s not what the people wanted enabled this. Your legacy will forever be tarnished by your inability to accept reality before it was too late.

Oh look, an illegitimate court making up illegitimate rules.
Dave the Diver!
Thanks for fact-checking me, it’s good to know that there are pockets of the world that are trying to do the right thing. And sorry for my pessimism, I live in America.
The governments you’re referring to are socially funded institutions that exist to protect the populace against the exploitations of capitalism. Sadly, they are the exception to many other governments which have let the corruption that capitalism breeds take hold.
I remember hearing about basically this literally a decade ago. Nothing’s been done about it since then. Nothing will be done about it now. Not unless we make a fuss about it at which point they’ll pretend to give a shit about us and make grand gestures towards transitioning away from receipts made from hazardous materials. Meanwhile, they’ll continue to knowingly expose us to some other hazardous material for the next decade until some independent research team uncovers how it’s slowly poisoning everybody who comes into contact with it. And thus the cycle continues.
Under capitalism, there is no incentive to do anything for the benefit of humankind when it comes into conflict with the ultimate goal of accumulating as much wealth for yourself as humanly possible. It will always corrupt.
Frankly, good riddance.
Jumping to Linux for sure. The hardest part is going to be finding time to learn it first…
What the actual fuck is going on with humanity?
These people are lost in their own worlds. They are the main and most important character and other people are simply NPCs to them. They haven’t learned to relate their own experience with the experience of others. They don’t consider there other genuine experiences outside of their own. Empathy is an abstract concept that means nothing but weakness to them.
They can learn to see the world and the people within it differently but it takes an inner awakening and personal effort that they are unlikely to muster the longer they exist as an isolated entity.
The Democrats lost the election because they refused to condemn Israel. For once, this is actually a “both sides” problem.
The Party of the Free Market and Small Government
The “Fuck Carney” flags are already in production, I guarantee it.
The fact that this boycott has a time limit shows just how addicted people are to cheap consumer crap. Amazon’s got everyone by the balls, the only way to freedom is by ridding yourself of them permanently.
Or how about you just stop buying from that cancerous blight on our society altogether?
The Americans: Leave a strongly worded note on the dashboard.
The French: Light that shit up!
The whole thing felt like an embodiment of this meme:
The Dems told us a lot, the problem is they don’t follow through with action. People are suffering and all they’ve got to offer is some ineffectual policy efforts and being the lesser of two evils. We’re bombarded daily by sensationalist talking points so telling us that Trump is a fascist is met with desensitized ears. And any policy stance they take is so generic and bland in an effort to appeal to everyone that it inspires nobody and it all comes off as empty promises.
Despite being the party of not actually achieving anything meaningful to the majority of the working class for a generation, people still came out by the millions to vote for them because the alternative is that bad. But their chronic complacency was enough to tip the scales.
Frankly, she’ll be better off.
This statement is so out of touch. People voted for Trump over the Democrats because they were struggling to make ends meet in an economy where a huge amount of the populace is a missed paycheck away from having to choose between being evicted from their homes or feeding their family. The cost of living continues to rise on a monthly basis and the Democrats’ response was to tell us we had the best economy in the world. They believed Trump when he said he’d fix it over Harris when she said she wouldn’t distance herself from Biden’s agenda.
In hindsight, things can always get worse and we can see now that they have. But six months ago people were not comfortable but rather desperate and the Dems were unwilling to take radical action when Trump promised he would.
