Kitchen staff receiving tips is very, very uncommon and other support staff like bussers and hosts usually make their money on a percentage of sales while clocked in, so hiding tips has no effect. Id also assume any kitchen staff that do get “tipped” are also working on that sales percent, not tips.

I dont know which game but they did add a QoL feature that tells you whether a move is effective, super effective, or ineffective vs monsters youve fought before, based on typings.
