ONLY POSSIBLE way is they “DIE”(which is a hit or miss, like for example some med school recieved 1bn+ donation and it gave free tuition, however it allowed the med school to exclude disadvantaged people because they can be more selective(like making the entry into med school harder) or lose all thier money from horrible investments.
Being a hundred-millionaire is not making yourself poor or even giving up that lifestyle.
But yeah, of course they don’t do it: billionaires can’t be good people.
