A former instructor for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday accused the agency of dramatically slashing training standards for new officers and lying to Congress about it as the Trump administration seeks to rapidly expand its mass deportation operation.

    I’d say walking in front of and shooting the driver of a moving vehicle is a training issue. And I don’t know much about guns, but isn’t firing one-handed a no-no as well?

      Shooting at a moving car is a no-no because it doesnt stop it and can cause more damage if you hit the driver and they lose control

      Pointing a gun at anyone you dont intend to kill is as well
