Oh good thing thingiverse is the only place you can get .stls and not from like fosscad, defcad, odysee, yeggi, or torrents.

I don’t think the point is to erase the files from existence. It’s so that Thingiverse can say “we don’t host gun files”.
They don’t and haven’t for a long time. Some may slip by I guess but nobody who wants those files uses thingiverse for them as they already do a good job banning it and all the other places I mentioned are like, where to get those already. This is basically a “nothing changed” article.
