The drawdown would leave “around 2,000” immigration agents in a state that normally has closer to 150, Homan said.
So they are withdrawing a bit over 4 1/2 times what is normally there, and leaving over 13 times the usual.
You could also look at it as a 25% reduction as a result of continuing peaceful protest and increasing unpopularity.
