A couple months ago I went to a Wendy’s and AI took my order.
That was the last time I went to a Wendy’s.
I would have placed a big order, then just drive away
Most drive thrust now are built in such a way that it isn’t really possible with tight curbs on both sides.
Just drive past the window and keep going
What was that like?
It was technically smooth and got my order right, but the whole time I was irritated that the money saved on a computer doing the job was not likely to find its way to the employees preparing food.
Or the savings passed on to the customers.
