Trump stopped attacking Yemen because they threw enough stuff back that it made the US military look bad. Venezuela is way better armed than Yemen.
The US population expects invincibility, and that doesn’t exist on the real world.

The last plane that was lost due to collision with Venus was wild!

I don’t think on this specific case anybody has given him anything.
Again, I don’t really understand anything about what he’s thinking. But on the case of Argentina the money seems to be flowing the other way around, and on the case of Brazil the president would reap lots of benefits if Trump antagonized him further.

Hum… Trump has been throwing lavish praise on Brazil too recently.
He may have discovered that the US can’t stay rich by isolating themselves. But he has been praising countries that are mostly economic competitors, instead of customers or suppliers. I don’t understand how he thinks.
If you use moodle, it has a plugin for that, with instructions.
If you don’t use moodle, you may want to check the instructions on the plugin anyway.

You think you are tacking ‘real’ issues with your servers, but to the average user you seem just as crazy as a guy with a basement full of beans and piss jugs, screaming about the government is watching us constantly.
The government is watching us constantly. There’s no doubt about this and if you think it’s not, you are the crazy one living in fantasy land.
At the same time, how do you think a basement full of beans would help? The entire path from “the government is bad” to “therefore I’ll have a hole full of food where I can live by myself for years” is dumb magical thinking that can be shown to not work by simply looking around or reflecting about oneself for a second.
There are many valid reasons to be concerned about a disaster. And yet nobody doing your traditional prepping for anything larger than a tornado deserves respect.

It’s probably closer to legality than the Executive branch ordering presidency propaganda there.

Probably. But tariffs are also valid in one market or another, if you make them while thinking. They are way to manipulate the comparative advantages.
(And no, international trade is not a competition. It’s not “competitive advantages” that you are looking for. It’s much more complicated and much less threatening than that.)

He hadn’t done that since people told him about the joke.

It’s surreal for a politician to manage to make an apology in a way that makes people even more angry than they were originally.

They are protecting their domestic food production.
Rice prices are high mostly because their government forced farmers to diversify their crops. What means they won’t go hungry if something bad happens.
They just can’t have all the things at the same time.

In fact, that’s exactly what it is for. That and mites, but the mites adapt quickly.

Yes, every fossil fuel producer is trying to get most of the shrinking market that they know won’t last for long and will never be back. And that means that the most expensive producers will just go out of business.
Were you really expecting global warming to be avoided by the fossil fuel sellers not trying to make a profit?

Seems to be what the text says… and let’s not forget the US president is not afraid of economical or military action.
My best guess is that the text is a misrepresentation, because Trump’s speech was completely focused on exterminating people inside the US borders. But without that context, yes, looks like it’s about every other country.

Ouch! All that noise about screw worms and they may were ignoring a really grave disease all that time.
All the luck for them, it’s an horrible one.

Brazilian tariffs are actually smaller than the ones the US imposed. The reason you can’t find anything below 190% of the original price isn’t just the tariffs.
That said, yeah, they are already too large.
It’s a very beautiful moon. Too bad one needs a telescope to see it.

Well, it’s the correct court to judge it.
Or you meant “how come someone even though the opposite?”
I don’t have an answer for that. There’s that guy that got a powerful position in some other country that keeps ordering that people do those nonsensical stuff, and I can’t really understand where he takes his ideas from.

I asked the AI to be sure:
on won what letter does the “AI” start in “IPA”?
The “ai” sound in IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) starts with the letter “a” in the combination “aɪ” which represents the diphthong sound like the “long i” in words such as “buy,” “aisle,” and “isle.” The IPA sequence “aɪ” begins with the letter “a” and is followed by the letter “ɪ” to form this diphthong sound. So, the “AI” sound in IPA starts on the letter “a.” This diphthong consists of two vowel sounds pronounced in one syllable, starting with an open front vowel [a] and gliding to a near-close near-front vowel [ɪ].
So, it’s confirmed. The “AI” is there where “IPA” has an “A” followed by an “I”.
The most expensive loses were from mistakes caused by the constant need to react to their attacks, and the most numerous loses were caused by throwing things at their attacks.
And that was enough to make the military look irredeemably incompetent inside the US. Imagine what will happen when they fight an adversary that may actually hit something once or twice. Under a different president, or if they had any non-criminal reason to go into war, the reaction would probably be different, but that’s not the case.
